Production Management for Scarce City

Scarce City is an immersive Arts x Tech experience hosted by Rainshadow Studios, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing climate issues through art. As part of this production, students took on key roles in production management, front-of-house operations, and overall coordination, ensuring smooth logistics and a memorable visitor experience. Scarce City aims to provide participants with meaningful takeaways, inspiring them to take action on climate challenges while fostering awareness through interactive and innovative artistic expressions. The event ran from Jan through Mar 2025 at National Gallery Singapore.
