App for Drug Deprescription

This project aims to develop a drug deprescription application using the Beers and STOPP criteria to provide streamlined access to patient information for healthcare professionals. By reducing the manual workload associated with deprescription, the application will facilitate prescription tracking and improve efficiency. Research highlights the effectiveness of deprescription in reducing pill burden, fall risks, and medication costs, ultimately lowering hospitalisations and fatalities while enhancing patient care and safety.
