Unseen Spirits: Unspoken Struggles

This campaign aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health among youths, emphasizing that mental health is a serious issue that needs to be addressed with compassion and understanding. Through a short film about a polytechnic student with depression, we highlight the daily impact of mental illness on young people. A social media campaign will promote the film and provide mental health education, while an app will raise awareness, manage symptoms, and connect individuals with similar experiences to foster support.
