Scope of Work
The Mood Meter app is designed in collaboration with the current project from the Alliance for Action for Lower-Wage Workers, which aims to better understand the needs and working conditions of older employees, regardless of their tech-savviness. Data collected from user feedback and simple interactions assisted the management in identifying issues concerning work practices, allowing for targeted interventions to improve their work conditions and morale.
