Scope of Work
The team worked on the redesign of 13thirteen's consumer website, which offers baby products and personalised mother-care consultation services. The focus was on enhancing specific features tailored to the unique needs of first-time parents, as well as those with toddlers seeking direct support. Emphasising its role as a singular, parent-centric hub, the redesign aimed to consolidate resources and information into one accessible and coherent platform, ensuring convenience and effectiveness for users navigating the journey of parenthood.
