With Inter-Level, you get to communicate with other neighbours in your level with your unit number as the username. With Inter-Block, same concept, but you're able to connect with the entire block! Book HDB facilities, invite your friends for an event, or even host one, free of charge!

Scope of Work

Neighbourly, "We've got 'u' in it," provides a virtual space for all Singaporeans with smartphones to connect effortlessly with their neighbours. Users can 'LinkUp' without exchanging personal information, ensuring privacy and security. Simply visit the Neighbourly profile page, click 'LinkUp' and start tapping devices for seamless interactions.
