Scope of Work
SIMBAS, a fintech product by DigiCal, provides rural bank owners with a swift transition to digital banking, minimising setup time and costs. The project's objective was to revamp SIMBAS current consumer website and their banking app for improved user experience and usability. Achieved through a suite of design materials, interactive prototypes, and videos exhibited at the Singapore Fintech Festival, the redesign aimed to streamline adoption. This initiative facilitated a quicker transition to digital banking solutions, empowering rural banks to meet evolving customer needs efficiently.
