Das Rheingold

In this project, the team undertook the challenge of conceptualising and pitching costume designs for the Orchestra of the Music Makers, drawing inspiration from the German opera "Das Rheingold." Their task included creating a full costume prototype aligned with the opera's Norse mythology roots. Focusing on characters from the story, particularly the Rhinemaidens—water nymphs safeguarding the Rhinegold—the team meticulously crafted costume designs and renderings, ensuring a visual narrative that resonated with the opera's cultural origins while meeting the artistic expectations of their client.
